Idle Fire is an independent artist, based in Stockholm (Sweden). It features music written and performed by River, the core person behind the project. Idle Fire explores the open fields of rock, folk, and noise, welcoming influences from various styles and genres. Minus Seven is the debut EP released in 2021 in the middle of the pandemic. We are finally out of that disaster and River took the chance to produce with the help of the director John Clay / Chemically Sinister the video of the single "Starve To Strength". Released one month ago.
Isn't that beautiful? Exploring and searching for information about it we found an Interview on Joyzine even if it's not directly related to it, we would love to quote River for something we felt touched and we think it's very close to many:
